2. Immigration Applications
This service includes the preparation and submission of various immigration applications, including:
- Standard Visitor Visa
- Student Visa
- Work Visa
- Family Visa (partner/spouse/parent/child) from within or outside the UK
- EEA Applications (EU citizen / EEA family member / EEA extended family member)
- Settlement (ILR)
- British Citizenship
- Replacement BRP Card

- Fixed Case Work Fee (Professional Fee): £1,500.00 – £2,500.00 (excluding VAT @ 20%).

5. Magistrates’ Court Cases
- Initial Consultation for Advice (Professional Fee): £80.00 or more (including VAT @ 20%).

6. Wills
- Single Will: Starting from £300.00 (excluding VAT @ 20%).

Disbursements
- Counsel Fees: Should your case require the appointment of Counsel, we will obtain a fee quotation on your behalf from their chambers. We do not charge any commission on Counsel’s fees, which you will pay directly upon instruction.
- Court Fees: Should your case necessitate payment of court fees, we will inform you of these costs in advance of proceeding on your behalf.
- Posting and Photocopying Charges: All cases typically incur posting and/or photocopying charges, charged at £0.15 plus VAT @ 20% per page.
- Hotel Bookings & Travel: You will be responsible for reasonable hotel and travel expenses.
