If you do good, then good will come to you

A client contacted our office in search of legal advice for welfare benefits. She was a single parent and was in considerable difficulty in obtaining child benefit. She cannot afford to pay a solicitors legal fees.
At the initial meeting, Mr Patel discussed the facts of the whole case, drafted a letter to the Child Benefit Office. The letter did result in benefit being awarded to the client.

“Excellent, everything was great. I even recommended my friend because the service was good”

We had a client who then referred her friend regarding entitlement to Child Tax Credit with the HMRC. Mr Patel discussed the circumstances of the problem in great detail. Again, Mr Patel sat with this client and drafted a plain letter to the HMRC explaining to them her circumstances and her entitlement to Child Tax Credit. The letter did result in benefit being awarded to the client.

“was ok and he had a nice listening ear. Fully assisted how he could”
